This website is operated by Vezunaro from Israel. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vezunaro.
By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Please do not use the website or place an order if you do not agree to these terms.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We try to present product descriptions, colors, images, pricing, and availability accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, and screen settings.
Illustrative images and before-and-after examples are not guarantees of identical results.
Customers must follow the footwear manufacturer’s care label and instructions. Not every shoe or material is suitable for machine washing. Vezunaro does not guarantee that using the product will prevent all wear, damage, discoloration, deformation, or other changes to footwear.
ORDERS
We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill the order.
Customers must provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after placement because they may be submitted to fulfillment shortly after the order is received.
This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to delayed shipment, non-delivery, or goods that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
We may correct obvious pricing, description, or technical errors. If an error affects an existing order, we may contact the customer to confirm the corrected terms or cancel and refund the order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We may also use third-party services for payments, messaging, product bundles, order fulfillment, shipping, analytics, fraud prevention, and customer support.
